His videos are becoming annoyingly long. His voice also annoys me a little bit.

I prefer his older videos, that were much shorter and more watchable.

The last review video I saw was painfully fluffed. He gave it way too much credit and was way too excited about it. Plus the “this will be fixed on the production version” was huge.

I almost mentioned the hayabusa swap. But yeah, it is seriously a huge task building a new car, so I am not at all surprised that a lot of things will change. The engine won’t even be the same. For a car like this, it makes a lot of sense to say how everything will be different in production, because it will be.

True, its definitely no small task. But I feel like they’re reviewing an Alpha model when they should have gotten a Beta or near-release model. The concept is there and that’s cool to show but something so different needs to be near flawless to not get ripped apart by reviews.

Generating noise and excitement is great but if I’m introducing something revolutionary and potentially controversial I’m going to make sure it’s 99% there before I let anyone draw conclusions.

Kyle’s videos are way too long. There’s a maximum of 10 videos of his that I’ve actually watched in full, the rest I just listen to the exhaust note and leave. His voice is rather annoying as noted by jkm.

Also, the Elio is kind of ugly and not something I’d buy to tell the truth.

Maybe so. But these reviews might actually be for investors, ultimately. If they get the picture, then money comes in, then comes the Beta. We’ll see.

I’m not super into his format, but I also find that his info is pretty detailed, so if I want to know something obscure that no one else covers, I can scroll through one of his videos and often find what I need.

He does his homework, I will give him that. I find his reviews are also rather bland and free of any real opinions. He reviews cars as being fantastic but not all of them are perfect. I like it better when journalists and alike will tell you details that they don’t like no matter how small they are; Kyle doesn’t give us that.
